The term POINT refers to a fixed amount of money used for online payments on the LAMID consulting website. A unit of point costs N600 in Nigerian currency and $3.82 when converted to U.S Dollars. It is important to understand that each product/service is worth a specific number of points.
Can I use my debit card?
Yes you can! You can use your debit card to purchase points, which would then be used to purchase products on the LAMID website.
Why can’t I just pay directly for the product online?
Using the LAMID Point system instead of repeatedly paying for your products online allows you to have a virtual account where points purchased are saved and can be used anytime for online transactions.
It is also very important to note that the point system also reduces the risk of fraud as you do not have to enter your credit/debit card details too frequently as you would have done if paying directly.
