Payment Methods

Cash and Cheque payments can be made at our office (2nd Floor Elephant Cement House, Alausa, Ikeja).  You will need to create an online account with us prior to submitting Cash or Cheque payments. The email  you used to create your online account will be needed in order to deposit the Points in your account.  You will need to submit the cash equivalent of the Points you need.  You will receive a Receipt number from our office representative upon payment. Please retain the Receipt number as you will need this Receipt number monitor the status of your payment online. The Points will be deposited into your online account. It can take up to 72 hours or  3 business days for the Points to be reflected in your account. You can check the status of your payment by clicking on the "BTCC" link under the account page. This link will take you to the BTCC page. In this page you can view the status of all offline payments using the Receipt number you received at our office.

You can make payments at any Guarantee Trust Bank  by depositing the Cash or Cheque equivalent of the number of Points needed in our bank account. Please ensure you deposit the exact Naira amount for the number of Points you need as any discrepancy will lead to a full reimbursement of your money in form of a cheque that you will need to pick up at our office.  After making your deposit, at the bank, you will receive a Deposit slip receipt. Please make sure you keep this Deposit slip receipt as you will need it to keep monitoring the status of your bank deposit online.  It can take up to 5 business days for the Points to be reflected in your account. You can check the status of your payment by clicking on the "BTCC" link under the account page. This link will take you to the BTCC page. In this page you can view the status of all Bank Teller Deposit by searching for the Deposit slip receipt number. 

All Debit and Credit payments can be made online in Naira or Dollars. Payments made in Naira are processed using GT Bank and Interswitch powered payment gateway.  The most secure method of making payments online, you can be rest assured that your Debit/Credit card information would not be compromised. Dollar payments can be made online using Paypal. Click the Buy Credit link at the top of the page to purchase Points online.
