 Services provided involve cleaning floors, bathrooms, and windows, dusting furniture, emptying trash, replenishing bathroom supplies, vacuuming carpets and rugs (with shampooing on a scheduled basis), washing walls as necessary, etc. The individual private house arena consists primarily of residential maid services for standard, daily cleaning tasks.  Also available to residential customers are carpet cleaners, window cleaning, lawn mowing, and a variety of other “deep” cleaning services that are required on a less frequent basis. In this service sector, it is also important to develop specialized services, including small maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, re-painting walls, and exterminating insects.
